  • Our second blitz of the season takes place this Saturday in Ballinasloe RFC. All teams from u 8 to u 12 will participate. Our u 7 players will remain at Mc Graths field and train as usual at 10.30 . The rest of us should plan to be at Mc Graths field at 09.00 to depart at 09.15. Cars and drivers required. We all should be back at Mc Graths for about 13.30 – 14.00. Could you ensure that all children can attend in their full BKRC gear of Jersey, Shorts, Socks (think of the pictures) and please make sure your child has a gum shield and a drink?
  • The weather forecast is promised bad, (pitches have dried out over the last couple of weeks so rain is actually good for us) so please bring a change of clothing also.
  • We now has 96 players registered and insured for the season ahead.
    Breakdown as follows: 23 @u12, 13@u11, 19@u10, 11@u9, 22@u8, 8@u7
    Bring a friend along and let’s see it we can get this to 120 or more.
  • Our under 11’s have been selected to play in the half time match at the Sportsground this Friday November 6 th at 19.30 when Connacht play Treviso in the Guinness pro 12 league. U11 players should meet at the Connacht gate across from the Flower shop at 18.30. Tony and Johnny will meet you there and hand back your darlings immediately after the half time performance or else at 20.30 at the car park entrance.
  • A major fundraiser for the club will be held in Dunnes Knocknacarra on Saturday December 5 th from 10.00 – 18.00.
    We have been allocated a bag packing slot in the run up to Christmas. More details anon, one for your diaries for now.

Registration Continues for Na Bairneachai - BKRC.

After two weekends playing blitzes, training and registration for BKRC continues at Mcgraths Field on October 12th from 10.30 untill 12.00.

 

Registration fee is as always 65 euros.
